It's not too late for number plates at Christmas
There may be some who think that it is now too late to consider buying cherished number plates as a Christmas gift and while it is true that there is insufficient time to transfer the registration number onto the recipient's car in time for Christmas day, Northumbria Numbers can still supply right up until the 24th of December.
Until the 23rd a set of number plates can be sent to you by special delivery which should arrive Christmas eve, these you can wrap and gift on Christmas day.
On the 24th December it is too late to use normal mail so an email can be sent confirming the purchase and requesting the vehicle documents so that Northumbria Numbers can do the transfer between Christmas and the New Year.
It need not look that the purchase was a last minute thing, we normally request the documents in this way and send the replacement documents and number plates some days after the order is placed.
